Standard Baking Co is owned by my husband, Matt James and myself. I’ve contacted the James Beard Foundation asking them to correct the error on their blogpost, “JBF Trip Planner, Portland, ME”.
Alison, is this the third location for Standard Baking? Someone told that you started out on Middle Street, but I only remember where you are now and the place on Wharf Street.
Cat, you’re right, this is our 2nd location. We started out on Wharf St and moved to our current space in our 5th year.
