Under Construction: Lanzalotta Bakery

Jason Loring, chef/owner of Nosh, is partnering up with Stephen Lanzalotta to launch a new bakery. Loring tells me that the plan for the new business is to “set Stephen free” and to “let him do what he does which is amazing”.

They’ve picked out a really great spot for this new venture. I’ll share more on that once they sign a lease.

  1. If I had to guess, I’ll bet it’s the spot right across from Nosh that’s been empty for over a year since the hair loon folk moved out. More thank big enough for a baker with seating and lots of foot traffic.

    1. Hmm, I’m not sure what you mean. It certainly isn’t part of a franchise. It will be a locally owned small business.

  3. AMAZING!!!! These are the exact words I was hoping to read and what a perfect partnership. The man has a magical touch that’s worth whatever the perceived “price” is.
