Top Thai opened for business on Monday. Portland’s newest Thai restaurant is located at 267 Saint John Street which is the former location of the Saeng Thai House.

I drove by yesterday and did a double take- OHNO, another one!? đ TG they opened after our ‘o-rama’ was over!
