Overall, Simple Sandwich is a nice addition to the Old Port lunch scene. And here’s hoping that, unlike other late-night eateries in Portland, it will last long enough to satisfy plenty of nighttime cravings for good eats.

SoPo just got a Vietnamese restaurant. Pho Hanoi, on Ocean St., next to Uncle Andy’s.
Heading outta town, so can’t try right now, but am very glad it’s here.
Thanks for the heads up, Mister Meatball. Great to have a Vietnamese shop that doesn’t require a drive all the way out Forest Ave. I’ll be checking it out soon.
