I’d like to thank the City of Portland and all the people taking their sweet-ass time to finish their construction projects for getting the Huffington Post to call my neighborhood, “a dicey end of town which is probably referred to as “up and coming” but definitely causes you to instinctively lock your doors, all chain link fences, deserted lots, and construction vehicles abandoned at noon on a Tuesday.”
