Lolita Now Open
Lolita (facebook, website) is now open at 90 Congress Street. The restaurant is a partnership between Guy and Stella Hernandez, formerly of Bar Lola, and partner Neil Reiter. The restaurant serves a Mediterranean menu, and has an extensive wine list.

Maine-ly Meatballs Launched
Timber Steakhouse Now Open (Updated)
Timber Steakhouse & Rotisserie (facebook, website) is now open for business at 106 Exchange Street.
The restaurant is run by Noah and Dan Talmatch who also own The North Point.

Riverside Grill & Vincenza’s Now Open
Two more opening have taken place over the Memorial Day weekend:
- Riverside Grill (facebook, website) opened on Friday. It’s located on the Riverside Golf Course in Deering. Steve Quatrucci is the restaurant manager.
- Vincenza’s Italian Bakery (website, facebook, twitter) opened on Saturday at 10 Exchange Street. This the second location Vincenza’s, the original bakery is located in Saco.
Old Port Spirits Opening Today
Old Port Spirits and Cigars (facebook) is opening today at 10 am at 79 Commercial Street in the space formerly occupied by Downeast Beverage.
Old Port Spirits is owned by Jacques deVillier who also runs Old Port Wine further down the street.
Clark Street Market & Deli
Clark Street Market & Deli has opened at 81 Clark Street, near the intersection with Danforth.
Coastal Root Cocktail Bitters
Owner Nolan Stewart has announced that Coastal Root Cocktail Bitters (facebook, website) have cleared their final federal regulatory approval for production and sale.
Their first batch of aromatic bitters will go on sale today at Vena’s Fizz House.
Ana’s Mobile Gourmet (Updated)
Ana’s Mobile Gourmet, Portland’s newest food truck, launched on Monday. Ana’s serves Salvadoran food: pupusas, taquitos, tamales, quesadillas, and burritos. Snap Reviews spotted them yesterday on West Commercial, and according to Ana’s facebook page the truck plans to be at the the Baxter Boulevard parking lot on Sundays.
Update: Ana’s has announced that their launch has been put on hold. They expect to be back on the road within a month.
Liquid M2 Opening Today
Liquid M2 (facebook, twitter, website, instagram) a new juice bar and cafe will be opening today at noon.
Liquid M2 is located at 465 Fore Street, across from Miyake and Paciarino. You can see their juice, lunch, dinner and cocktail menus on their website.
