Turkey Day Dinner Options
Forgot to defrost the turkey or burnt it to a crisp or just don’t wan’t to cook? You have a few options for going out for a Thanksgiving dinner. In Portland, Eve’s at the Garden, Zackery’s and Verrillo’s are all serving turkey dinners. The Black Point Inn in Scarborough and the Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth are also offering Thanksgiving dinners.

Portland's Sardine Industry
There’s a last minute addtion to the calendar for tonight. The South Portland Historical Society will host a program called “The Sardine Industry of Portland and South Portland in the 1900s.” They’ll be showing a documentary film and then will have an open discussion “among participants who either worked in, or lived near, the local sardine factories”. The event takes place at the South Portland City Hall tonight at 6:30.
