When is the South Portland/United Methodist Church food basket being offered at city hall. I live at 425 Broadway and there are many disabled and impoverished people in my building. I would like to put a notice up on our bulletin board explaining how to apply for the he basket. I was a first time recipient last Thanksgiving and it made for a beautiful holiday for me.
