  1. Saw the El Bulli film yesterday. If you have an intellectual interest in the topic, I highly recommend. The man and the place are about art and science. Strange to see food ingredients filtered through this lens, for sure. But also fascinating.

  2. Alright, you need to make a post on 425 Fore street. Somebody has to know what it is or at least we could have a guessing game for it.

It’s gotta be a chain by the wording of the website. Maybe Smoothie King is coming back or a jamba juice. I’ll ask my insiders.

  3. Nick I added it to the Under Construction page last night. I have a very good lead and will post more on the homepage once I have confirmation of what’s going on there.

Btw, have you noticed the newspapers they’re using to paper over the windows? Late 19th century and early 20th century copies of Youth’s Companion and the Fruit Grower’s Magazine.

  4. “how Fore Street will become even cooler in December.”

Just read the page again and noticed the word “cooler”

I’m going with Jamba Juice as my final guess. You know, it could be Pinkberry which would be pretty bad considering the other place opening a couple doors down.
