jgodsey, why would you comment on this post instead of the original article which contains the supposed misspelling? PFM didn’t write that passage, the Press Herald did. How do you expect this alleged mistake to get fixed if you don’t alert the proper authorities?
Then again, “affect” is the correct verb here, so don’t worry about it overmuch.
