Haven’s was founded by Herbert Haven in 1915 at 500 Forest Ave just down the street from where their Forest Ave store is located today.

Dean’s Sweets makes dark chocolate truffles in a wide range of flavors. Of the ones I’ve tried, Maple is my favorite. Dean’s does not make any nut- based products so their a good choice if you have a nut allergy.

Dean’s opened a second location at 54 Cove Street in July 2019.
