Proof of Vaccination

A growing number of restaurants and bars in the Portland area have put in place proof of vaccination requirements for indoor dining and drinking.

We’ll be adding to this list as restaurants, bars and other eateries announce policies—send us a message if you know of someplace we should add.

  • Arabica Coffee – a vaccination card or photo of card is required along with matching ID.
  • Arcadia – a vaccination card or photo of card is required along with matching ID will be needed to enter when they open their new location later this month.
  • Batson River – “will temporarily be requiring masks and proof of vaccination for guests ages 16+”.
  • Blackstones – a vaccination card or digital equivalent and matching photo ID are required to enter.
  • Blue – vaccination card or photo of the card is required along with matching state ID, or a negative test within the previous 72 hours are required.
  • Bonobo – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Cellardoor Winery – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Cocktail Mary – vaccination card or photo of card is required; outdoor seating available for unvaccinated customers or people who prefer to sit outside.
  • Commercial Street Pub – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Fore Street – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Friends & Family – vaccination card or photo of card is required for customer over the age of 11; the most recent shot must have been received within the last 6 months.
  • Howie’s Pub – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Hunt & Alpine – vaccination card or photo of card is required along with matching ID; outdoor seating available for unvaccinated customers or people who prefer to sit outside.
  • J’s Oyster Bar – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Leeward – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • LFK – a vaccination card is required along with matching ID.
  • Magnus on Water – vaccination card or negative Covid tests (within 48 hrs) are required at the door; outdoor seating available for unvaccinated customers or people who prefer to sit outside.
  • Maine & Loire – a vaccination card or photo of the card is required for the wine bar.
  • Ri Ra – “All customers over the age of 5 are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the Pub and Restaurant. Proof of vaccination can be a physical or digital vaccine card.”
  • Scales – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • Street & Co. – a vaccination card or photo of card is required.
  • The Brass Rail – a vaccination card or photo of card is required along with matching ID.
  • The Jewel Box – vaccination card and matching ID is required.
  • The Snug – requires customers to show “proof that you have been fully vaccinated for at least two weeks before entering The Snug”.
  • Washington Baths – vaccination card or photo of card is required to eat at their cafe or use their sauna.
  • Pop-ups – both the Lost Llama pop-up in January and the Quanto Basta pop-up series are requiring proof of vaccination.
