Shima closed at the end of 2010.
Chef/owner David Shima was "[b]orn in Hawaii,
raised in London and Tokyo, and boasting a Parisian culinary
education and work in a Tokyo hotel". The menu reportedly reflects
that diverse background with sushi, Hawaiian and French options
available for you to choose from.
Shima opened for business On September 30,
2009.
