Paciarino Rating Scale


Paciarino had their grand opening on January 5, 2009. Ever since Fabiana De Savino and Enrico Barbiero have been providing diners with an ever changing line-up of excellent fresh pasta lunches and dinners.The tagliatelle with bolognese has been my favorite so far.
Paciarino also sells their pasta and sauces to- go as well as a some traditional Italian specialty items.
Their cooking classes are slated to restart in the Fall.
Portland in a Snap and the Press Herald have both published profiles of Paciarino.
