I recently had the chance to go to Evangeline for
one of their Monday night pre fixe dinners. The meal was
excellent. As one of my dining companions remarked, "This could
become habit forming." In addition to being a great dining
experience it was also a very good value. Four courses (we went for
the optional cheese course) with wine pairings came to a total of
about $50.
