Browne Trading is known across the country as a
vendor used by top chefs to source the best seafood
available. Their retail operation doesn't seem to
have on display the same variety that they're know for from a
wholesale perspective. They are a very good resource for fish from
Europe like Loup de Mer and Turbot that you're unlikely to find
elsewhere in Portland.
